Founder

Michael holds an LL.B in Law from England, an LL.M in International Business Law from the Netherlands and an M.B.A from Belgium. On top thereof, Michael holds a wealth of experience as an international commercial and corporate legal expert with deep expertise guiding businesses through a variety of legal matters. Over the past 20 years, Michael has held senior management positions within legal departments in diverse, multi-jurisdictional environments where precision, speed, and practical judgment matter as much as legal expertise.
